My sister and I interviewed a number of care providers in the Houston area. When we met Laura Cook, we knew we had found the right fit for us. Ms. Cook was professional, engaging, knowledgeable, and was able to clearly describe and define the progressive levels of care options available to our father. As important to us, Ms. Cook was sensitive to the role of our mother in his care.
Our next step was to schedule a one-on-one meeting with Ms. Cook and our mother. Whatever was said in that meeting, our mother was on-board. From that point forward, we communicated with Ms. Cook and her team to schedule caregivers to be with our father at our parent’s home. At this point in his disease, he would get up and walk around the home at night. This provided safety for him and allowed our mother to sleep knowing he was cared for. As the disease progressed, skilled nursing was required to provide him medication and a higher level of care. This was seamlessly taken care of by Ms. Cook and her team.

I wanted to place a rave review on Premiere Care Solutions. Not only was I the client after a severe fall and over three months of care provided at my home, but I am also a professional in the finance and insurance business. I had a terribly disappointing experience with the insurance company but the professionals at Premiere Care Solutions provided excellent care and helped with communication to my LTC insurance company.
In summary, both the professionals that came out to provide care at my home as well as the professionals in the office were amazing and their professional experience helped me also get the claim paid. I am blown away and thrilled to have had them in my court. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs short, middle or long-term care in their home.

After a bad fall, severely broken ankle and surgery, I was not able to put weight on my foot for 6 weeks. I was in a wheelchair or in bed and needed help with all basic needs.
I talked to Laura Cook, owner of Premiere Care Solutions. She came to my house the next day and immediately scheduled caregivers to come help me on the days my husband was busy.
The caregivers were professional, very helpful and kind. They always showed up on time. They took me to doctor appointments, brought me meals and helped me with bathing and dressing. They helped me with whatever I needed. This was a lifesaver for me until I could be independent again. Laura, her staff and caregivers are all so kind and compassionate.
